  PRA New Orleans Menu:

New Orleans

Are you looking for that spectacularly unique destination in which to host your next event? Then get ready to "laissez les bon temps rouler" (let the good times roll) in the Big Easy! No where in the world do you have such an eclectic mix of history, art, architecture, culture and culinary cuisine! A city like this isn't built overnight ... in fact, it takes hundreds of years to get the recipe right!

We start with our diverse array of "immigrant" seasonings from across the globe: French, Spanish, African, Caribbean, Native American, German, Irish and Italian, as well as a few others, are all stirred together. Add in great European-esque architecture of the French Quarter, the elegant Antebellum manors and plantation homes of the Garden District and Mississippi River, and about 400 years of history including the War of 1812, Civil War and World War II, and you're well on your way to a flavorful city!

Next, measure out a generous dose of world-class, award-winning museums like the New Orleans Museum of Art, National World War II Museum, Confederate Museum, Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Audubon Insectarium, among many others! Next incorporate the many forms of music found on New Orleans' street corners, historic clubs and theatres: jazz and blues, techno and dance, opera and much more. Don't forget to sprinkle in our recreational activities, which range from fishing and hunting to golf and boating. For those a little more sports-oriented, perhaps adding a bit of our professional football and basketball teams, the Saints and the Hornets, will be the ingredient to spice things up. We're not known as 'Sportsman's Paradise' for nothin'! Follow up any day with a sports filled evening at Harrah's Casino!

Bring all former ingredients to a boil with our world-renowned cuisine! The Crescent City is absolutely stuffed with mecca-worthy fine dining establishments featuring Louisiana's own Creole and Cajun fare! We offer restaurants from award-winning chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, John Besh, Paul Prudhomme and the Brennan family. Stir in our great four-diamond hotels like the Ritz-Carlton, InterContinental New Orleans, JW Marriott New Orleans, Loews New Orleans Hotel, Windsor Court, Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, the W New Orleans, the Hotel Monteleone and the newly opened Roosevelt Waldorf-Astoira (just to name a few), many featuring luxurious spa services and close to all the action of New Orleans! Don't forget to add a little bit of our savory convention and venue space  all of which can be staged to reflect ANY theme you choose! From Old-World elegance and Mardi Gras to sleek and contemporary ... you dream it, we do it!

To be sure, Charles Kuralt summed the unique flavor of New Orleans perfectly: "Unique is a word that can't be defined. It does not mean rare or uncommon; it means alone in the universe. By the standards of grammar and the grace of God, New Orleans is THE unique American place.

PRA New Orleans is proud to assist you in hosting your next event in the one, the only, the BIG EASY!
